所有商品不作退款或換貨。

商品圖片可能與實際商品會有些許差異。

商品包含尖銳部份,請小心注意處理及保管的場所會否具有導致意外受傷的危險。

商品屬精密製作,強行使力、意外或蓄意墜落會有損壞的危險。

 

補件及維修

POSE+ 所有產品不設退款、退貨、換貨。如遇缺件或功能上的狀況,POSE會提供有限換件及補件。換件及補件只限POSE+ METAL Series 產品。不包括人為損壞,本公司產品在購買日起一年內享有一次售後保修, 留意每個訂單單據只提供一次售後保修。

1) 從POSE直接購入產品的客人 :

  • 如有缺件,連同你的訂單號及有問題的產品相片,電郵至info@poseplus.net,我們會於7天內核實確認補件或維修要求。
  • 如有需要,我們會要求客人連同原裝包箱盒及啡盒寄回有問題的產品到POSE+ 香港的辦公室以作核實(退件郵費由客人自付)。
  • 我們會在收到你的電郵或退件後核實你的維修補件要求。
  • 如經核實,我們會安排寄出補件(補件郵費由POSE+負責,寄送方式一律由POSE+決定。)

 2) 從POSE+ 授權服務商家(香港及海外)購入產品的客人:

  • 請直接聯繫你的零售商,各零售商會按他們的售後條款代辦維修及補件事宜。

 

**換件維修要求不涵蓋範圍如下:

  1. 部分商品因為配送關係會有運輸紙箱作包裝。由於運輸紙箱並不屬於商品包裝及內容的任何部分,
    因此我們並不會對所有運輸紙箱的破損及缺陷等問題進行任何形式的售後服務。
  2. 商品之包裝外盒或因運輸期間出現凹陷,此乃一般正常狀況。貴客如因取貨次序而未能提取外盒美觀之貨物,
    本公司恕不負責,貴客亦不可以此作為退貨或退款之理由。
  3. 請留意表面處理如電鍍、噴漆等工序或會出現零件色彩深淺不均勻的情況。
  4. 消耗性零件例如貼紙、電池(如適用),除非是因材料或工藝缺陷而發生的故障;
  5. 任何表面損壞例如刮花凹痕等(除非該損壞能被證實因本身模具造成及包裝未被開封);
  6. 任何開封後的加工包括安裝及拆除等導致的損害;
  7. 因意外、人為、濫用、誤用、接觸液體、火災、水災、地震或其他外部原因導致的損害;
  8. 因POSE+ 或其授權服務商以外之任何人士進行維修造成的損害;
  9. 因POSE+ 商品在正常損耗或其他方面正常老化導致的缺陷,或任何欠缺有效購買記錄並毀損的 POSE+ 商品。
  10. 任何 POSE+已公佈不承保已公開發售超過一年的商品或二手產品。
  11. 任何從非POSE+ 認可的銷售渠道購入的產品(例如:個人轉售、二手買賣、YAHOO、EBAY或任何拍賣網等等)。註:為確保產品質素,本公司不建議各位玩家在任何非官方授權渠道購買POSE+ 產品。
  12. POSE+擁有及保留最終的決定權。

Defective or missing parts

 

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on all POSE+ products. POSE+ will provide limited replacement parts in the event of a defect or functional condition. Exchanges and replacements are limited to POSE+ METAL Series products only. POSE+ products are covered by a one year warranty from the date of purchase, not including human damage, so please note that the warranty is limited to one warranty per order.

1) Purchase made from POSEdirectly:

  • In case of defective or missing parts, please email the defective photos with your order number to us at info@poseplus.net with the receipt of goods.
  • We might request you to send us the defective products for our review (postage at your own cost).
  • Upon receipt of your replacement request, we will review and confirm if the replacement parts request is valid within 7 working days.
  • We will send out replacement parts at our own cost if the parts replacement request is accepted.
  • Postage / courier selection for sending out the replacement parts is all up to our decision.

2) Purchases from POSE+ authorized wholesaler or retailers:

  • Please contact your retailer, and each retailer will handle replacement request according to their after sales terms.


    ***Replacement parts request is NOT applicable below:

    1. Damages to the outer delivery box during transportation; uneven color coating, taints, tears and scratches on the figures; end user damages, used figures, used consumable parts such as stickers and batteries (if applicable), normal product deterioration; damages caused by any natural disasters and lack of valid purchase records, all these will not be accepted for replacement claim
    2. Product that released more than ONE year or 2nd hand products.
    3. Purchases made from unofficial sales channel (eg, 2nd hand trading, personal trading, Yahoo, eBay, or any auction bidding site) REMARKS: to ensure the product quality, we advise you not to buy POSE+ products from unofficial sales chancel.
    4. POSEreserves the right of final decisions on the interpretation of these terms.
